I love eating warms dumplings on a cold day and pairing it with

tea. Xiaolongbao is my favourite type of baozi since I think the hot soup inside makes the pork even more delicious and succulent. What kind of dumplings and baozi do you like eating?

What a coincidence, I had Baozi this morning. It’s jiangroubao 酱肉包. The most difference between xiao long bao and jiangroubao is their fillings. Xiao longbao’s fillings are raw, while jiangroubao’s fillings are made of braised pork.
