下班 = off work
也可以直接说off

别说off duty

duty意味着监控相关的工作比如说lifeguard duty 或者 babysitting duty

但是这两例子都会用work 更自然一些

Are you off work?
Are you off yet?

Just got off work.

I'll be off late tonight.
I'll be off around 6.
