passed away last week, and my grandmother was hospitalised last night (it's unrelated, just awful timing).
Human emotions are fickle and we get lazy, thinking we can always make the effort to call a relative or loved one tomorrow, but that isn't a luxury we can always have.

Let someone know you're thinking about them, that they're important to you.
