Recently I made some protein bread. I came up with the recipeoff of the top of my head. I used this mini square pan to bake them into tiny loaves of bread, this way my children could take them to school for snack time. I also took catfish and coated it in rice flour and then deep fried it. It turned out really nice and crispy and I served it with a side of baked beans. Bon appetit!
