This is not a super healthy meal tonight...
The concensus was that it was time for steak and fries. Yes, it had to be, rare red meat, and lots of it, with tons of "tater tots" to go with it. You add some ketchup for the fries and you're good to go!
The steak is cut from a "AAA" or triple A Rib Steak with lots of marbling for flavor. I used spices and a dry rub for seasoning and left it for a day to allow the seasoning to enter the meat. The steak was cooked in a BBQ grill for two and a half minutes which gave it a nice crust and rare inside.
