Officially in Bangkok 🎇 🎇 🎇

Any recommendations? I’m trying

to also see where young adults hang out, it’d help with a paper I’m working on.

☺️☺️

@Tasanee Yes!! I’ve not been to Wat Pho yet, though. I love the hibiscus tea with pomegranate here, we don’t have that in the US!

I haven't been Khao san road. But it is definitely the famous place for night life in Bangkok. It sounds it is bit twisted area. Would be interesting. Lumphini area is interesting too. There are many expats and thais together. Hua in, you could see all te retired foreigners. Ko tao, it is next ko samui bit more chil expat place. For sightseeing, Ayutthaya is quite cool though and there are quite a lot local travelers too.

Near Wat arun shows how travellers do in Thailand, I think. As very typical tourist area

Shopping area at citycentre is quite interesting too. How Korean culture and Japanese culturee affect to thai culture. Also mixed with tourist. If you heading to north east, there is one more expat area ( I don't remember name it looked quite interesting) There is MAYA? One big museum. It is bit weird as well. Seemed like accessibility is very low for locals. It also show some tweak of art culture in there

Lhong 1919 is also popular and many art related events which is much more accessible.

@ seeing how Japanese, Korean, and Thai culture intersect is so interesting! I’m back in the States now, but I visited a few places you recommended, and now know what to do if I get to go back ✊
