***TIPS for Learning Languages***

When they ask me for advice

in learning languages, I always say that the most important thing is to “produce” the language every day. You can just text your friends or talk to them if you can. You need to actively use the language to express yourself every day. It’s not possible to learn a language in a completely passive way, watching videos&movies and reading etc. They are important as well but they should not be your priority. I will explain more in my next post :)

True, when we talk about languagues the most important thing it's to communicate. If you can give the information and understand you're on the right way

You can learn a language in a passive way by doing those things you said. Maybe you won't be able of speaking it or writing it correctly if you eventually try to do so, but you can get to the point of understanding it perfectly.

@Talala I think in order to speak it you definitely need to speak, of course. Like you have to sit your ass on the bike to actually learn how to ride it... But, there's people who are born mute, and they understand the language without a problem. And that's before they even start learning how to write. I also know people who can't speak their parent's mother tongue, but they understand it from listening to it at home.
