The cute ladybugs eat the awful

aphids. Aphids seem to like Japanese eggplant leaves.🐞🙏
I added soy sauce, extra virgin olive oil, shiitake mushroom seasoning and sesame seeds to the saute eggplants.😋

Also growing beets, a root vegetables. I don't think many people eat them. They are nutritious and easy to cook.
