料理が定番ですので低塩で健康的な食事ばかりでした✨好きなだし料理のは何かありますか。自分の料理にも、だしをもと活かせたらいいなと思いました🐟Today I took time off and went to have lunch at Hanare, a Japanese dashi restaurant in Nihonbashi in Tokyo. It was really delicious. Because the food uses the flavour of the dashi well, the dishes are low in salt and very healthy🌿
Are there any foods you like that prioritise dashi broth? I'd like to be able to use dashi more in my cooking🧐
