I can't tell if the internet is slow or if the app is slow 😂

Everytime it rains, the internet in the Philippines becomes EVEN MORE slower, it's almost like there's no connection at all haha. (Please help me with Thai if you read this far)
사실은 아까 독일어 배우고 싶었는데 머리가 아팠으니까 지금 누워 있는데...조금이라도 어떤 외국어 배우고 싶긴 하는데... 인터넷이 없는건지 아니면 걍 엄청 느린거지 진짜 잘모르겠어요. 휴우우 In other news, I might die tomorrow during work bec I have no plans of sleeping 😂
