Today's dish was requested and I thought it'd be a great finger

food for Independence Day here in the USA.

It is wildly delicious and so tender. I cannot believe I never had it before or heard of it until now! Thank you to the wonderful Chinese-American's who thought this up in the 90's!

Ingredients: Chicken wings, Coca-Cola, ginger, cinnamon stick, orange peel, Chinese rice wine, dark soy sauce (not shown), light soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, green onion, salt, vegetable oil, sweet chili sauce for dipping
