(a pint of) matcha ice cream that has (now) become rare and difficult to get hold of today!

閉鎖する措置が4週間延長されて以来、初めての幸せだ。
I'm happy for the first time since the (enhanced) "Circuit Breaker" measures have been extended for 4 weeks.

抹茶アイスを味わいながら、京都に留学の頃に抹茶アイスやソフトを食べた良い思い出を振り返った。
While savouring the matcha ice cream, I reminisced over the pleasant memories of eating matcha ice cream and soft serve while I was studying abroad in Kyoto.

しかし、こんな幸せも、桜が満開してからあっという間に散るべきのようにはかないと気がついた。
However, I realized that even such happiness is ephemeral, just like (how) cherry blossoms go into full bloom, and in the twinkling of an eye, (wither and) get scattered.

家に引きこもって以来、もう１ヶ月になる。
It's already coming to a month since I stayed home.

特にこの時期、何だか誰かに「大丈夫？」と言ってほしい。
Especially during this period, somehow I wish someone would ask "Are you ok?".
