い。登のじいちゃんとばあちゃんは素晴らしい👵🏻👴🏻！早い登った。私はすごく息を切らしていた、たくさんの休憩した。でもじいちゃんばあちゃんぜんぜん汗がない。未来で元気なじいちゃんになりたい👨🏻‍🦳

I went hiking in Fukuoka today🏃🏼. The mountain name is called Mt. Homan. It’s a really tough climb, with a lot of difficult stone steps⛰ It took me about 3 hours return trip. I was super impressed with the older men and ladies who were climbing too👵🏻👴🏻 They were so fast! I was out of breath the whole time, and taking so many breaks. But they were going so fast and barely sweating at all. I hope I can be a super genki old man in the future too👨🏻‍🦳
