A lot of people asked me about workout, so here are some answers

!
I usually do 1 hour of weight training, 1 hour of HIIT, an 30 - 45 minutes of tabata💪🏼.
I workout 4 days a week and I don’t really watch my calories.
Sorry not sorry, but I can’t stop eating desserts🤣.
