Not sure where I’m supposed to post this since HelloTalk

doesn’t use hashtags. Going to try posting here first, though.

I signed up on HelloTalk in the summer of 2015. Back then, this application wasn’t very big. Unfortunately, many of the features we get to enjoy now were not available at the time and the app was a little difficult for me to figure out at first. That being said, I was having a lot of fun nonetheless. I had some pretty decent chats with folks from the UK and America and the concept really appealed to me. I have to be honest, however. Shortly after, I lost interest and went on a really long hiatus.

Two years later, I decided to give HelloTalk another shot. I noticed that it had been through some major changes and was surprised to see just how many people were using it. I was delighted to discover the Moments section and instantly made some new friends. I was completely sold and my interest was rekindled.
