Everyday vs Every day
Let's talk about the difference between

everyday (one word) and every day (two words).
There is no difference in how we pronounce everyday and every day, but they have different meanings.

>Everyday (one word)
Everyday (one word) is an adjective. It is used in front of a noun.
It means ordinary or normal.
Examples:
* We do not use our everyday dishes at Christmas time. Instead, we use our fine china plates.
* (We do not use our ordinary dishes at Christmas dinner.)
* Your old shoes are still good for everyday wear.
* (Your old shoes are still good for normal wear.

Every day (two words)
Every day (two words) means "each day."
It is an adjective (every) + a noun (day).

Examples:

* (You must walk the dog each day.)
