This past weekend I went to visit my parents to celebrate their

45th wedding anniversary!
上个周末我去见我父母庆祝他们的地45婚姻周年。

We had a wonderful time. We ate good food. We enjoyed good drinks. And we watched the sunset every day!
我们过得很开心。我们吃过很好吃的饭。我们也享受很好喝的饮料。 我们每天晚上也看日落。

My parents live in a very rural area. Although it isn't very convenient, the forrests and lakes are amazing!
我父母住在乡下。虽然不太方便不过森林和湖很棒。

We went fishing a few times, but didn't manage to catch anything. The fish were either not hungry, or we used the wrong lures!
我们也出去钓鱼几次。但是我们连一条鱼都没有钓到。鱼可能不太饿还是我们用错的鱼饵。
