Tonight was another attempt at making shoyu ramen, it turnedout really well! It took forever but it was worth it!
One of the benefits of working from home all the time is that's it's easy to babysit a pot all day 😝
I accidentally made way too much broth so I guess I'll be eating ramen for the next week. 🙃
I think I will try to make miso or tonkotsu ramen next! But first I have to try making curry!
