For the people who tell me I only want to go to Mexico to see
a boy, you don’t understand me at all. 🇲🇽You don’t know the depths of my desires to experience a new environment, learn a new way of life from people of a different culture and build new relationships with people outside of my circles in the United States.
You don’t know the love and excitement I feel when I hear about other people’s experiences in Mexico or when I learn more information about the country that I can store away for later when I can try it out myself.
You don’t know the happiness I feel knowing I can help people in mexico work toward their dreams of learning English to accomplish their goals and empower them in their ability to do hard things. I want to be a friendly, inspiring personal connection they make with a US American and native English speaker.
This dream isn’t just about me anymore. It is about giving the knowledge I have been gifted with to other people. It is about helping, guiding and inspiring people with words. It is about making new connections and learning new perspectives. All of these desires come from love. ❤️Just not the type of love you’re thinking thinking of. (Although that would be a huge bonus too 😉)
