But I’m so sad because even though my chats were backed up here and everything was backed to the cloud, nothing transferred over. 😭😭😭 Not one group, not one chat, not one anything. I am so heartbroken. I paid more for this app than many others, yet all of the data and information transferred in those. I wish they would update this feature, this is now my second phone update, and second time losing everything. I thought with the chat back up added it would be okay- but I was wrong. To all of my friends and language partners.. if I haven’t answered you, or if you have sent any messages in the last few days, please re send them. Not only did I not receive them, but your message thread is completely gone. 😵‍💫🫠😵‍💫 I can’t be the only one who likes to keep everything lol?!😅 I really hope HT will come up with a solution soon, because I lost so many valuable memories, language learning tips/tools/ things I referenced.. Requested by some friends- one is a calendar with the moon cycles, and the other is for a friend to put in her new baby nursery on the walls/ceiling ocean themed. I still have to paint in the letters/numbers/moons, but I’m happy they all turned out lovely.
