How can I view the submitted feedback and the response?

When our Support Team responds to your submitted feedback, you will receive a notification message from the HelloTalk Team stating, "Our Support Team has reviewed and responded to your help request". This message will appear in your chat list. Clicking on it will take you to the "Help" page, where you can click the icon in the upper-right corner to access and view "Feedback History".   If the feedback is not responded yet and you only wish to view your feedback history, go to the "Me" tab, click "Following" or "Followers", select HelloTalk Team, tap "Message", and then click the icon in the upper-right corner.
