I am a VIP member. Why can't I start a HT Live?

Both VIP and regular members can apply to become a HT Live host (livestreamer) by completing the application form. Note, hosts are required to abide by community guidelines. An application may not be approved for several reasons, such as violating community rules, HT Live region availability, or account eligibility.
