​April 2022: 55kg (187cm) ⬇️ August 2025: 81kg (187cm) I've just hit my goal of 80kg's of bodyweight😁 More than 3 years of hard work have finally paid off! Starting weight training has honestly been the best decission of my life. I used to be extremely underweight and weak, and I wasn't even able to complete a full push-up. Those days are now in the past, and now I'm honestly extremely happy with my body! I have grown a lot of muscle while maintaining a very low bodyfat percentage of 8 percent, so I'm hoping to look like Zac Efron in Baywatch in another few years😂💪 I think 90kg will be my next goal👀​
