I've recharged my HT Coins, but they haven't shown up in my HT Coin balance.
To help you quicker, please submit a report using this form and select "Payment issue" as the Category. Include screenshots containing the following information:
- Payment proof: The order confirmation email you received from Google Play or Apple.
