요즘 마음이 많이 무거운 소식들이 이어지고 있네요.          경북 의성에서는 큰 산불이 나서 많은 피해가
발생했고, 서울에서는 갑작스러운 싱크홀로 소중한 생명을 잃는 안타까운 일이 있었습니다.

 이런 소식들을 들을 때마다, 우리는 너무 당연하게   여겼던 것들, 평범한 하루, 안전한 길, 우리가 누리는 환경이 사실은 얼마나 소중한 것이었는지를 다시금 깨닫게 됩니다. 그리고 한편으로는, 이런 사고들이 반복되지 않도록 우리가 더 주의해야 한다는 생각도 듭니다.

이런 사고들은 남의 일이 아니라, 언제든 우리 주변에서도 일어날 수 있는 일들입니다. 그래서 더 조심해야 하고, 서로가 서로에게 주의를 기울여야 하는 것 같아요.

지금도 산불을 진화하느라 애쓰고 있는 분들, 사고로 가족을 잃고 슬퍼하는 분들께 깊은 위로를 전합니다. 그리고 우리 모두가 조금 더 주의를 기울여서, 앞으로는 이런 일이 반복되지 않기를 간절히 바랍니다.
