I’d never seen it and of course I couldn’t read it 😂 Apparently, it’s pronounced "byan". It’s only used in the name of a dish called Biang Biang noodles. Naturally, I got super curious about Biang Biang noodles. So I looked it up, and it turns out there’s actually a Chinese restaurant where I can try them!! So I’m going to try it soon and report back here 🔥 這個字唸作「biang」。 Se pronuncia "biang". Ce caractère se prononce « biang ». Wearing a Yukata, we strolled around Chinatown, and had the famous “Toruko Rice” at “Tsuruchan”, a cafe founded in 1925. In the evening, I watched “Shoro Nagashi”, one of Nagasaki’s traditional events. The sound of firecrackers echoed through the streets, creating a very unique atmosphere. As night fell, we enjoyed our chat while looking at Mt.
