It’s simply that the girl has certain priorities she hasn’t found in anyone yet. No, it’s not about looks, money, or possessions. It’s about being driven. She wants a partner for a long-term relationship, someone she can grow old with. She wants a man who will be both her partner and her best friend. Today was no different. I’ve had plenty of bizarre dreams before – like riding a bike through clouds, falling into an open fire after a railing broke, or chatting with my deceased loved ones. But this dream… well, how do I put it… I’ve never dreamed about poop before. In the dream, I got a cat. A small, fluffy, adorable little satan – wild like a boar in the forest. Night came, we went to sleep. Morning arrived, the alarm rang, I got up to get ready for work… and what do I see? I open the bedroom door and the hallway is completely covered in poop. Just poop everywhere. The litter box flipped upside down. I’m trying to dodge the mess like a skier in a slalom, heading to the bathroom for cleaning supplies. But when I return to the scene… the floor is spotless. And now I’m thinking – what the heck was that? My coworkers say it means money. So… maybe I’ll finally win the lottery??? After a long vacation, I returned to work. I woke up early in the morning, so it took me a while to fully wake up. Then suddenly, everyone at work started wishing me a happy name day. They said, “Happy name day!” and I laughed, because in Czech there’s this inside joke that every Friday, people wish “Happy name day” to fools. It rhymes in Czech, so the joke is quite popular. But it didn’t even occur to me that today isn’t Friday. When the third person wished me, I asked, “What’s with all the name day stuff—did you all plan this?” Silence fell… my colleague winked at me, I winked back. Then she broke the minute-long silence and said, “Well, it’s your name day today.” If I had software in my brain, I’m sure a little loading wheel would’ve started spinning, followed by an “error” message.
