I was the passenger princess 😁Thank you for driving Sayuri lol When we arrived, we sat on the picnic blanket, ate snacks, and swam in the lake. The weather was sunny, and the water was clear and cold, but nice and calm. It was relaxing. When we returned, our snacks were opened and someone told us, “A chipmunk ate them!” We were surprised lol. After that, we packed our belongings and went to Sacramento to eat dinner. We had Thai food and it was delicious. Then, we went to a cafe, had milk tea, and played card games. The games were super fun and we laughed a lot. Afterwards, we took a walk at Balboa Park. The weather was sunny and cool. Before sunset, we rented a boat with a hot tub, drank alcohol, and ate snacks. Finally, we ate Korean food and it was delicious! We walked off the food in Little Italy and drank alcohol at the bar. After that, we browsed the shops in Old Town Market, and ate churros while watching a Mexican dance performance. We made and sold fried raviolis and fruit drinks. We traded our food with other vendors and tried a variety of street food. We had birria tacos, pork bao, ice cream, yakitori, and takoyaki—it was delicious! My friend even gave me some souvenirs from Japan. On Friday, I had a barbecue and played games with my friends. After that, we went to the top of the parking structure to watch the fireworks and celebrated with sparklers. It was like Harry Potter lol. On Sunday, I drove my EV car from my parent’s house in SoCal to my house in NorCal. During my drive, I bought a milk tea and mentaiko sandwich—they were delicious. Since I had to charge my car, the drive took about 9 and a half hours, but I had fun chatting with my friends in the voiceroom. In Kamakura, I saw the Great Buddha and walked around Hōkokuji Temple. The bamboo forest was cozy, beautiful, and not crowded. After that, I went to Yokohama Chinatown and also tried going to the Cup Noodles Museum, but it was closed. Instead, we walked around Chinatown and grabbed dinner.
