While training those, I always add 90-100 pull-ups (currently not my normal 25/30kg weighted due to the need to preserve energy for my main goals). Who loves black cats? These little guys/gals (two brothers and two sisters) are the sweetest little devils that I’ve ever met. I’ve always had cats and dogs, but have never seen such well mannered and delicate kittens. No biting, no scratching, just cuddling, chilling and purring. Due to work, training and travels, I’m no longer able to have pets, but luckily for me my mom and sisters do (and I steal them when back in italy and free). For my new targets I had to get dirty, putting an additional 10kg. I’m currently burning 2400-2800 calories a day. I have to admit that I’m having a lot of fun. Targeting a 2MAV 170kg deadlift. I decide anyway that I will not skip my morning 10km, considering that I actually e joy “a bit of rain” and having no one around. After an hour, and totally soaked, I head home imagining an amazing hot shower, breakfast, and to start working. The problem is that I normally have three keys, the actual one I need is no where to be found. I trained, slept a bit, then headed out looking for stamps for my collection (failed miserably) and then continued to explore the city. Shortly, I’ll be preparing my baggage and then heading out for dinner. When he died, I saw first hand the impact on the people and the mourning for his passing. Going today to his grave was quite something. While there I visited the museum of Yugoslavia, and enjoyed the exposition of a few stamps that I actually once had and have been stolen from me in the early 90s (tomorrow I’ll continue my hunting for some more stamps).
