I cooked the Chashu yesterday and marinated it overnight. I used the seasoned eggs that I made the other day. I made flavoring oil by frying ginger and green onions. I used Hon Dashi for the soup base because I didn't find and Kombu, Bonito flakes and Dried sardines in the market yesterday 😆. Sadly, I can't find Menma to be used as an extra topping. This is my favorite style of Ramen because the taste is light. This Ramen Restaurant is kinda unique in my city because you will mostly find Tonkotsu, and localized Ramen in different Restaurants.
