I speak Cantonese. As a long-time enthusiastic learner of English, I’ve always been looking for effective ways or platforms to practise and master the language. HelloTalk seems to be where I can meet likeminded people from around the world who, despite different backgrounds and beliefs, share the same desire to take their language proficiency to a whole new level. I look forward to doing some language exchange or simply chatting with you all. Please correct my English if I make any mistakes or awkward sentences. Your corrections are vital for my improvement. I started dabbling in Japanese in December 2023. Since I was a kid, I’ve been interested in Japanese cartoons, games and music. I would’ve started learning Japanese long ago if I hadn’t had to focus on studies in Hong Kong.
