I could go to the same restaurant every time I eat out. I even listen to the same playlist every single day. Same vegetables, same fruits, same music, same perfume, same clothing brand, same hobbies—reading and writing. I guess I just find comfort in repetition. 🙈🤭😁😂 And it’s the same with people—once I set my mind on liking you, I’ll keep liking you every single day. But… if I set my mind on making you angry? High blood pressure like this can be very dangerous—it’s important that we check on our health, especially when grief and stress weigh so heavily on us. If you’re also going through something similar, please take care of yourself, rest when you can, and seek medical help when needed. To every woman carrying silent pain—you are not alone.
