И я положила несколько штук в морозильную камеру. Когда 17 августа 1998 года в России случился дефолт, моя мама потеряла работу. Из всей семьи работа была только у моего отца- пенсионера. К счастью, у нас был огород (участок земли), на котором мы выращивали овощи и фрукты для своей семьи. Особенно много было яблок и моркови. В те времена мама пекла пирожки с разными начинками. Каждые три дня у нас стояли две шестилитровые кастрюли, наполненные вкусными пирожками. Одна кастрюля с пирожками с несладкой начинкой, другая кастрюля с пирожками с яблочным вареньем. Каждые три дня...В течение многих месяцев... С тех пор мы зовем маму "Пирожковая королева". А пирожок с морковкой- это символ того времени. Тогда он казался мне не самым вкусным. И первыми мы съедали пирожки с другими начинками. Но, когда не остаётся других пирожков, ты рад любой начинке, лишь бы не быть голодным.
