We made a reservation two days ago, because if we had just walked in, there would have been no chance of tasting this local cuisine. First of all, the big and fat chef gave a speech, mixing English, Icelandic, and French. Although I couldn’t understand him, it must have been funny, because most people kept laughing. After that, we took our plates and waited patiently in line. We could pick any kind of fish dish we liked. I was able to taste all of the dishes.
