Takasugi is starting to grow on me recently. We always would watch this anime together. Fried tuna and cured beef aka beef tapa. Both are definitely savory meals! 昚日の豪華な食事を玹介したす。マグロのフラむずビヌフタパ(牛肉の塩挬けず䌌たような料理レシピ)。どちらもやっぱり矎味しい食事でございたす Fried tuna was tasty as always! マグロフラむはい぀ものように矎味しい☺ Beef tapa is very similar with beef jerky except for the meat texture. Tapa is usually marinated in soy sauce, vinegar and some garlic. And beef tapa has a softer chewy texture compare to beef jerky. たぁ〜あのビヌフタパは、肉の食感を陀けばビヌフゞャヌキヌず非垞によく䌌おいたすよね。通垞にタパは醀油、お酢、ニンニクでマリネされたす。ビヌフタパはビヌフゞャヌキヌに比べお柔らかくず噛み応えのある食感です😊🍳 Beef tapa is very popular cuisine in the Philippines and is usually served for breakfast. And since then, I became a fan of Beyblade and enjoyed playing it! 初めおアニメを芋たずき、カむのかっこよさに本圓に憧れたしたそれから私はベむブレヌドのファンになっお楜しく遊ぶようになりたした☺🌟 I also have some comics of Beyblade too! ベむブレヌドの挫画も持っおたすね。 I also collected his Dranzer. My father bought some grilled fish called "inihaw na bangus" and some barbecue. 昚晩の倕食でございたす。お父さんが「むニハりナバンガス」ずいう「焌き魚」ずバヌベキュヌを買っおきおくれたした。 Bangus in English is called milkfish. And, inihaw means grilled. This is a recipe that has onions and tomatoes stuffed inside the fish while it is being grilled. バンガスは英語で「ミルクフィッシュ」ず呌ばれたす。むニハりは「グリル」ずいう意味です。これは魚をグリルしながら䞭に玉ねぎずトマトを詰めるレシピですね。 The vegetable you can see in the picture is called ampalaya, also known as bitter gourd in English. It is sauteed with some scrambled eggs, tomatoes and onions. This is what my father and I bought at Farmer's Market. It's been a very long time since I was able to eat this type of steak. It is definitely one of my favorites, and it also reminds me of my late mother😊🌞 今倜のスペシャル倕食はTボヌンステヌキでございたすお父さんず私がファヌマヌズマヌケットで買ったものです。こういうステヌキを食べるのは本圓に久しぶりですね間違いなくTボヌンは私のお気に入りステヌキの䞀぀ですさらに、亡き母を思い出させおくれたすね。 Like my father, she also used to cook and eat t-bone steak with us. So therefore, I have very fond memories of my mother whenever I eat this steak. お父さんず同じように、お母さんも私たちず䞀緒にTボヌンステヌキを䜜っお食べおいたした。だからこのステヌキを食べるたびに、母ずの玠敵な思い出が蘇りたすわ🀭💡 It definitely tastes so good! The place where we went for an adventure is called Farmer's Market, and it is a public market that sells lots of fresh meat and fish. There are lots of meat and fish stalls. The sellers are really friendly too! I also saw a very cute cat🐱❀ はい土曜日のロヌドトリップ。冒険に出かけたのはファヌマヌズマヌケットずいうこずです。新鮮な肉や魚がたくさん売られおいる公蚭垂堎。肉や魚の屋台がたくさんあり、さらに店員さんたちも単玔にフレンドリヌでしたたぁ〜䜕だか私はかわいい猫も芋぀けたした。 Here in Southeast Asia, Philippines has lots of public markets available but Farmer's Market is one of the places here in Metro Manila where the quality of meat especially beef is actually good. This was also established in 1975, so it has some good history. 東南アゞアでは、フィリピンにはたくさんの公蚭垂堎がありたすね。メトロマニラの䞭でも特に牛肉の質が良いのがファヌマヌズマヌケットです。1975幎に蚭立された歎史ある垂堎でございたす。 Nevertheless!
