I've been spending the week in Florida with my family and eating an insane amount of seafood. I tried 4 different kinds of ceviche and also snow crab. The ceviche was delicious, but snow crab was an insane amount of work to get the tiniest bite of meat. It felt more like I was playing a game than eating.😄 I would definitely eat it again though!
