〇〇の職業が××であるべき、ってジャッジする時代ではない Yesterday, I strolled to the department store and stopped by the one cosmetic counter. I was spoken to by one shop staff but at first, I didn’t notice because I didn’t expect to be that person. It was a very young man! I know it is the wrong way of thinking to judge whether the person is a man or a woman. But it was the first time for me to meet the male staff at the cosmetic counter. He was a freshman, and he started working from just a few months ago. I’m very curious about him so I decided to buy from him and talked for a while. Through our conversation, the most impressive part was that why he chose this job. He said he liked to make people smile! Wow, what an impressive and high motivation. When he entered the beaty school he was the only male student in his year. He successfully graduated the school and got the job at one of the famous cosmetic companies. Through his story, I could know how his motivation and determination were stiff. Now we are living genderless, borderless and divest society. But now, I still tend to judge based on gender or age and so on. I realized that fact and I need to know and adjust to the new society. To make a real genderless, borderless and divest society, it is essential that we each individual must do that more. It was a very good shopping time and fun! Come to think of it, there are so many famous male makeup artists in the world! It is not strange that there are male staffs at the cosmetic counter.
