Traveling. Moscow. Even though I live in Moscow I only recently visited an incredibly beautiful place for the first time called “Yekaterininsky Park”. According to historical records the first landscaping of this park began as far back as the 18th century. Today it’s considered one of the greenest and most picturesque parks in Moscow. In spring during peak bloom the park turns into a true floral wonderland. You can admire snow-white double sakura blossoms, an alley of pink apple trees, lilacs in various shades (by the way, one of my favorite flowers) and even pink chestnut trees. And there is such fragrance in the air! Absolutely enchanting! It’s something you have to experience to believe. P.S. The photos feature the alley of blooming pink apple trees. Looks a lot like cherry blossom, doesn’t it? 💕
