I've been on HelloTalk for over a year and have noticed that many people use the platform primarily to start relationships or find a girlfriend or boyfriend, rather than focusing on its main purpose—learning and communication. While there's nothing wrong with being in love with someone you meet here, it shouldn't be the primary reason for using this app.
