My Mind Has Been Overflowing📝 Recently, I've been sleeping late almost every night.😴 My mind keeps bursting with thoughts, and I don't know how to deal with them. Because of this, I haven't been able to fall asleep easily for the past few weeks.😰 I've tried talking with others to help myself, but I realized I had been ignoring my body.🏃♂️ Before, even when I faced challenges, I could still maintain a regular diet and sleep schedule. But now, I sometimes eat less than half of what I used to.🍔 I feel both worried and excited. Worried about my health, but excited by the new ideas and perspectives emerging in my mind.✨️ I know I need to adjust my way of living to match this new phase of life. And I believe --- I can do it!🎯
