This guy caught my attention some time ago, and as you know, YouTube has kept suggesting his videos. I’ve already tried some of his exercises and movements, and I kinda like it. Now I crawl back and forth in the hallway of my house to do the laundry or to get to the storage, whenever I need to pass the hallway, lol. I was pretty athletic already when I was like 5 years old, and I didn’t do anything special back then. But now I remember that I really loved exploring the forest and climbing trees and bushy cliffs near my house. Especially, I was really into conquering a bushy cliff. I used to do movements similar to the ones in this guy's videos for hours every day when I was 4 to 8 years old. That was how I became athletic back then. So, does it mean these videos work? I’m a bit bored with normal (?) bodyweight exercises lately, but these animal movements are much more fun to do and remind me of my childhood when playing in the forest and bushes. 🐒 I want to become as agile as I used to be as a kid; do you think it's possible?🤔 https://youtu.be/jKVk9lK9kCk?si=iSKoyLDkFyZ-gU2F
