It often feels awkward, especially when people notice my settings and say things like, “Wow, you’re really dedicated to learning English!” It’s a bit uncomfortable. Lately, I’ve also noticed YouTube’s autodub feature translating Japanese videos into AI-generated English voices, which feels strange and unnatural. I saw penguinz0 talking about this autodub feature too, and I totally get his point. Despite all this, I’ve stuck with the English setting for some reason, even though I’m not sure it’s helping.
