People's words or criticism may come into contact with a flaw that you yourself acknowledge exists and feel insecure about inside you, or an aspect of your defects that you have not yet been able to reconcile with yourself about.... The solution in this case becomes more reconciliation with oneself and personal flaws.. Once you admit your flaws, no one will be able to exploit them against you... And remember that no matter what people say to you, no matter how much they ignore you, or no matter how they look at you, nothing can diminish your value and your truth.... Only you can do that... Lao Tzu said: “Mind what people say and you will become their prisoner”. Free yourself from people’s opinions and words, get out of that prison, and search for your identity. The desire to get the love of others will not be achieved by doing everything for them and forgetting about yourself, but rather by loving yourself, which guarantees your happiness and achieving your goals...
