As photographers, we must have good physical fitness! Just think about shooting Tibetan girls (Zhuoma is a kind name for Tibetan girls) on the plateau. If we don't have the strength, how can we carry heavy equipment like cameras, stabilizers, and tripods? Not to mention that if a Zhuoma faints due to lack of oxygen on the plateau, we even need to carry her to the hospital (well, not exactly... but we must be physically strong!). So, exercising is not for nothing — it's to hold the camera steady in the strong wind in Tibetan areas, to be out of breath while chasing the light at the foot of snow-capped mountains, and most importantly, to freeze the beauty of every Zhuoma into eternity steadily. Tonight, I intended to skip rope, but ended up dancing to the rhythm.
