Hello! I hope you're all having a great start to the week. It’s still very hot in Japan.🫠 I need a break! 🦦🧊🧊🧊 I changed my sleeping schedule and exercising schedule. I used to sleep between 10pm to 4am and exercise in the morning for the past couple of months, but now I sleep during more normal hours and have just started to do exercise after dark. Mornings aren’t cool anymore, so there’s no point in exercising in the morning. Plus, my skin is getting darker by a few hours of daily sun exposure even though it’s the morning sun and I apply sunscreen lotion.🫢 I easily get spots,😬 so I want to avoid regular long-hour sun exposure until the sunshine becomes a bit weaker. It wasn’t very hot last night (27 C), but I soaked in sweat after a 7km walk. Taking a shower after a good exercise and getting in bed felt really great.✨☺️ I hope you guys are having a great week!
