I made "langues de chat" for the very first time! 😸 ラング・ド・シャを初めて作りました！😽 "Langue de chat" means "Cat's tongue" in French. 🇫🇷 ラング・ド・シャってフランス語です。意味は猫の舌です。 Langue > ラング > 舌 👅 Chat > シャ > 猫 🐱 The shape of the biscuit looks like a cat's tongue, hence its name. ラング・ド・シャという名前は、猫の舌にみえるところから名付けられました。🙀 It's a thin and crunchy biscuit made with just butter, flour, sugar and egg white. ラング・ド・シャは薄くてパリパリのビスケットです。材料はバター、小麦粉、砂糖、それに卵白だけです。 We often eat these biscuits with coffee or ice cream. ☕ 私達はこのビスケットをコーヒーか、アイスクリームと一緒に頂きます。🍨 These biscuits are from France, but I learned the recipe from Japanese chef Mikuni. フランス原産のビスケットですが、私は日本人シェフの三國さんからこのレシピを教えて貰いました。👨🍳
