So I had 팥빙수 :) I would say this is red bean shaved ice with rice cake on the top! Korean never eat this by itself. You need to poor some milk in it. When the ice gets melt by milk, mix it all together! Then enjoy your 팥빙수 🍧🍨 I wonder if you've tried this or not!
