One week into my fitness journey. My muscles feel more flexible. I’m able to easily bend and squat without pain. My sleep has been better. I feel well rested and am hitting my sleep goal on my Fitbit watch. It may just be because I’m excited, but I feel like my shorts are the tiniest bit loose. All in all, I am going into week 2 of my journey feeling optimistic. 🏃🏽♀️💪🏽
