Day 21 Japan Trip Nothing new photo wise from yesterday. It was still a relatively cold day but warmer than usual so I had a long nice walk in Takatsuki. I met with a friend for lunch, did some more Xmas shopping, and studied more Japanese. I learned new Japanese words: "Adopted" 養子にされた (yōshi ni sareta) - Referring to being adopted as a child. 採用された (saiyō sareta) - Referring to being adopted as a method, idea, or practice. "Adopted parents" in Japanese is translated as 養父母 (yōfubo). 養父 (yōfu) refers to the adoptive father. 養母 (yōbo) refers to the adoptive mother. I'm working on putting together as much Japanese as I know and can for a complete "about me and my history." For today I will go get a much needed massage and do more studying. I will also do some shopping and plan my Kyoto trip. I found a local yoga studio that isn't "women only" which is very silly as yoga is a practice that isn't exclusive, so it's oxymoronic and goes against the principles of yoga innately. Then again, we don't have caste systems either (which is good!) I'm all for freedom of expression, decision, lifestyle, progression, etc.
