I really miss “sweet potato.” But in Japan, when we say “sweet potato,” we’re not talking about the vegetable. Instead, it refers to a specific dessert made with Japanese sweet potatoes, called satsumaimo. Anyway, "this sweet potato" is made of sweet potato.
